UPDATE: Reports submitted for APC renewal
Assessment reports submitted in support of APC renewal must have been written in the 18 months prior to the submission.

It is important to assure practice is up-to-date and taking account of developing guidance. SASC has noted that diagnostic assessment reports submitted in support of APC renewal must have been written within the 18 months prior to submission of that renewal application.

This will take effect from September 2017. So submissions made from September 2017 must provide a diatnostic assessment report written within the 18 months prior to submission.
