Guidance on suitable assessment report formats.
SASC provides guidance on suitable assessment report formats for qualified SpLD assessors. The latest SASC approved report formats can be downloaded from the links below.
SASC has now updated the Pre and Post 16 Report Formats and Additional Guidance documents, which can be accessed from the links below and are also available in the Downloads section of the website.
Assessors are advised to read each document carefully. All changes and additions to the wording (apart from very minor typographical changes) are highlighted in YELLOW for easy access. Most changes concern clarification and further pertinent information: assessors should find very few significant changes will be necessary to their assessment practice, although a few small changes will need to be made to report writing templates.
