Description

Working Memory is a core area of assessment when diagnosing a specific learning difficulty. In this webinar, experienced assessor, Armande Fryatt, will discuss the assessment of Working Memory, including advice on interpreting assessment results and considering the impacts on the learner, together with recommendations for how to support them.  The webinar will draw on the Delphi definition of dyslexia, the new diagnostic report format, and the revised list of tests from STEC, ensuring that you keep your practice current and in line with SASC requirements.

The webinar is in three parts:

 

‘Be the detective’ when analysing difficulties reported by the learner, parents and school. Read between the lines and consider whether difficulties with Working Memory may be at play.
